Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business software
Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and shared drive issues
Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft 365
Support email systems such as Outlook and Microsoft Exchange
Maintain CCTV, IP phones, biometric devices, and office IT equipment
Install and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and peripherals
Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when required
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
Assist users with day-to-day technical requests professionally and efficiently
Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity best practices are followed
Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support role
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and networking
Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop support, and shared folders
Familiarity with CCTV, printers, routers, switches, and structured cabling
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP support
Knowledge of backup systems and server maintenance
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
Experience supporting multiple office branches
