Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, have a solid understanding of Bahrain Labor Law, and be ready to support daily HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Assist with payroll coordination and leave management
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in Bahrain)
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
Locally available in Bahrain with transferable visa (if applicable)
Immediate joiners preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HR software systems
