Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
2. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time
3. Monitor maintenance team performance and site/technical compliance
4. Support troubleshooting and ensure proper record-keeping of maintenance work

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in the same position (Maintenance Supervisor or similar)
2. Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and supervision
3. Good communication and leadership skills
