Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available, able to join immediately, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Post job openings on job portals (e.g., Indeed) and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure hiring processes comply with Bahrain labor law
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law is required
Currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience using job portals like Indeed or LinkedIn
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
