Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security protocols are followed
Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:

Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
Available to join immediately
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and system administration
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Knowledge of virtualization and backup systems
Basic understanding of database management
