We are Hiring:

Production Engineer (Steel Fabrication / Cut & Bend)

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our team in a steel fabrication (cut & bend) facility.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production planning, steel processing, and machinery operations, along with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

*Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Civil / Mechanical or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production engineering role
- At least 5 years of experience in the steel fabrication / cut & bend industry
- Hands-on experience with:
Cutting and bending machinery
Steel reinforcement and rebar processing

*Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently for optimal output
- Ensure rebar cutting and bending as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor product quality, reduce waste, and control raw material usage
- Track production performance, machine efficiency, and key KPIs
- Maintain accurate production reports and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure smooth workflow with QA/QC, maintenance, stores, and logistics teams
- Enforce HSE standards, promote safe working practices, and report incidents
