Job Overview

Crunch Fitness Pro is looking for a dedicated and well-organized Accountant who will also handle front desk reception duties. While female candidates are preferred, this is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily accounting operations while ensuring smooth coordination at the reception.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

Manage daily accounts for two gym branches
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online transactions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation
Work using Tally and MS Excel

Reception Duties:

Handle front desk operations and member inquiries
Manage walk-in clients and assist with registrations
Coordinate with trainers and internal staff
Ensure smooth day-to-day reception activities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting processes
Good communication skills (English required)
Ability to multitask between accounts and reception
Presentable, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
