We Are Hiring – Demi Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef to join our growing team at our newly established bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the pastry section in coordination with the Executive and Sous Chefs
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the pastry section while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Prepare high-quality pastries, baked goods, and confections according to standardized recipes
- Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure excellent presentation and consistency
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies as needed
- Support, supervise, and guide junior team members where required

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, or in an equivalent role
- Strong baking and pastry production skills
- Experience in laminated doughs and artisan bakery production is preferred
- Commitment to excellence, consistency, and high-quality standards
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
- Salary Range: BD 280–300 per month
(Inclusive of housing and transportation allowance)
