We are seeking a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support and ensure efficient resolution of IT incidents and service requests. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality IT support to end users while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications
Provide support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic network issues
Escalate complex issues to second-line or specialized IT teams when necessary
Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA targets
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access requests
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with IT service management/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate availability to join
Preferred Skills

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent
Experience in enterprise or multi-site support environments
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support
Basic troubleshooting of printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
