We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure Support Technician to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance of systems, networks, and hardware. The role involves hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting in infrastructure maintenance and improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and end-user systems
Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as servers, switches, routers, and storage devices
Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and infrastructure health
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service disruptions
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network configuration tasks
Assist in server administration including user access, Active Directory, and system updates
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system upgrades
Support backup operations and disaster recovery procedures
Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and escalations
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and operational standards
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support role
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Knowledge of server and network hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is an advantage
Experience using IT service management/ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate availability to join
Preferred Skills
IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications
Experience in enterprise or multi-site infrastructure environments
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and endpoint protection
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents
Strong documentation and reporting skills
