We are seeking a dedicated PC Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of end-user computing systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining IT equipment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications
Set up user accounts, email access, and system permissions
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks
Support Microsoft Windows environments and standard business applications
Assist users with connectivity issues (network, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Maintain IT asset records and update support documentation
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when required
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets within SLA targets
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–3 years of experience in PC support or IT helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, LAN/WAN basics)
Experience using IT ticketing systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate availability to join
Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support and administration
Basic knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests
