Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Support Specialist to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and operational processes. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, monitor system performance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical and operational support across systems
Monitor system performance, uptime, and operational processes
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and business teams
Support system deployments, updates, and patches
Maintain logs, reports, and technical documentation
Manage user access, permissions, and configurations
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance standards
Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes
Identify and implement improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical operations, or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Criteria

Currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Basic knowledge of databases
Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
Good communication and analytical skills
