We are hiring a Machine Embroidery Tailor

Location: Bahrain, Manama
Employment Type: Full Time
Nationality: All nationality can apply but should be Bahrain

The reputed company is looking for a Machine Embroidery Tailor to join our creative team.
What we are looking for:

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines (single-head or multi-head).
• Read and interpret design patterns, sketches, or digital files.
• Set up machines by selecting threads, needles, frames, and stabilizers.
• Digitize or load embroidery designs using software (if required).
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished embroidery for defects and make corrections if needed.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Work with different fabrics (cotton, silk, polyester, etc.).
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirement

• Knowledge of embroidery machines and tools.
• Basic understanding of fabrics and thread types.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills (for digital embroidery machines).
• Creativity and design sense (a plus).
• Time management and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Certification or training in tailoring or embroidery (preferred).
• Experience in machine embroidery or garment production is an advantage.
