We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Salary: BD 300 (Negotiable)
Contract : 2 Years
Working Hours : 8 Hours a Day,6 days a week with Overtime
Transportation : Free transport from accommodation to work site
Accommodation : Free Sharing accommodation

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising maintenance staff and contractors.
Maintenance Operations: Developing preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
Inspections & Safety: Conducting regular safety inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Inventory & Budgeting: Ordering parts and tools, managing inventory, and assisting with budget preparation and tracking costs.
Problem-Solving: Responding to maintenance emergencies, troubleshooting equipment failures, and improving system reliability.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, reporting on maintenance work, and coordinating with vendors
