We are currently looking for an experienced Painter .

Salary: BD 150- 200 Negotiable (depending on experience)
Contract : 2 Years
Working Hours : 8 Hours a Day,6 days a week with Overtime
Transportation : Free transport from accommodation to work site
Accommodation : Free Sharing accommodation

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Cleaning walls, removing old paint, sanding, filling cracks/holes with putty or plaster, and cleaning or stripping old wallpaper.
Safety and Protection: Covering furniture, flooring, and fixtures with drop cloths; taping off areas; setting up scaffolding and ladders safely; and adhering to hazard regulations.
Material Application: Applying primers, paints, stains, and varnishes to walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Color and Material Selection: Calculating paint quantities, mixing colors to achieve the desired shade, and choosing the appropriate materials for specific surfaces.
Specialized Tasks: Installing wallpaper, fabric, or decorative coatings, as well as painting, varnishing, or staining specific items like cabinets, doors, and fences.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Cleaning brushes, rollers, and spray equipment after use, and restoring the work site to its original condition.
Project Management: Inspecting surfaces, calculating material requirements, and working with clients to determine project needs
