We are currently looking for Helpers to join our team.

Salary : 100 BD + Overtime
No of working days : 9 Hours / 26 Days
Age within 32 Years
Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Site Preparation & Cleanup: Cleaning, clearing, and organizing work areas to remove hazards.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting materials such as lumber, steel, and concrete to work areas.
Assisting Tradespeople: Supporting carpenters, electricians, masons, and plumbers with their tasks.
Operating Tools & Equipment: Using, cleaning, and maintaining tools and equipment, including pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampers.
Structural Assistance: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
Physical Tasks: Mixing concrete/asphalt, digging trenches, and backfilling holes.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and instructions from supervisors to ensure a safe environment
