Job description:

We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Technician to provide first-level IT support. The candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.
Log, track, and resolve help desk tickets according to SLAs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and standard business applications.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
Document troubleshooting steps and update support logs.
Requirements:

Must be based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networks.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business software.
Knowledge of Active Directory and IT ticketing systems is a plus.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation.
Experience with remote support tools and basic cybersecurity awareness.
