Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for the company’s IT infrastructure. The candidate must be based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, switches, routers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and logs.
Work with senior IT staff to resolve escalated issues.
Support backups, security updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements:

Must be based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in IT infrastructure support or similar roles preferred.
Knowledge of Windows Server, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and virtualization technologies.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for servers, storage, and network devices.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
Familiarity with backup systems, security updates, and ITIL processes.
