Join a leader in hydraulic Solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to represent our range of hydraulic components, pneumatic components, hoses, seals and fittings. You will act as the technical bridge between our products and our clients across Bahrain's Industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities.

* Proactively identify and visit new industrial clients in sectors like manufacturing, construction and oil & gas across Bahrain.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and service contract.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
* Assess customer's needs and provide technical solutions.
* Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotation and cost estimates (BOQs) for client.
* Coordinate with the internal workshop and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and project executions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Bahrain markets.
* Submit regular sales report, visit logs, and performance forecasts to management.
* Participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company's brand.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical advice following a sale.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product performance and resolving any complaints.
* Assist the finance department in ensuring timely payments for completed orders.

What we need.

* Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Previous experience in technical sales, preferably within the hydraulics or heavy machinery industry.
* Fresh graduated with a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering can also apply. We value a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details.
* A valid Bahraini driving license.
