Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally based and available for immediate joining. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and coaching the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, coach and manage the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
Set, monitor and achieve sales goals, quotas, and KPIs.
Track and analyse sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify market trends, customer needs and potential growth opportunities.
Recruit, onboard and train new sales representatives as required.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and team management (typically 3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent ability to set priorities, analyse sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiner who is currently based in Bahrain.
