Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Associate who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Assist users with system access, passwords, and application support
Log and track support requests using a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when required
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Support IT team in routine maintenance and system updates

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk role (freshers with strong skills may be considered)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet response timelines

Mandatory Criteria:

Must be currently in Bahrain
Must be available for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are an advantage
