Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level technical support to our organization. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining. You will troubleshoot IT issues, assist end-users, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to IT service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Assist with user account management and password resets
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures
Assist in IT asset management and software installations
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines
Requirements
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiners preferred
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
Knowledge of:
Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
Active Directory and basic networking
IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified
Familiarity with VPN, remote support tools, and cybersecurity basics
