Job Summary

The HR Recruitment Coordinator will assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate candidate interactions, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. You will act as a key support for hiring managers and the HR team to deliver a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job portals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding recruitment updates and scheduling.
Support the HR team in recruitment reporting and analytics.
Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient, transparent, and compliant with labor regulations.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local employment regulations.
Experience using Indeed and other job portals.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
