Job Summary

The HR Assistant – Recruitment will support the HR team in sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and local recruitment portals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support HR team with recruitment reports and analytics.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor law and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR assistance.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local employment regulations.
Experience using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude.
