Job Summary

As a Senior HR Executive, you will oversee HR operations, support strategic initiatives, manage recruitment, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. You will act as a key liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings on Indeed and other platforms, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, visa, and work permit processes.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.
Coordinate with external consultants or government authorities for HR-related matters as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive role.
Deep knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices.
Experience using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS.
Professional, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive HR matters.
