Job Summary

As an HR Generalist, you will oversee day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations. You will ensure HR operations comply with Bahrain labor regulations and support the organization in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings on Indeed and other platforms, CV screening, and interviews.
Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR analytics.
Ensure all HR operations comply with labor law and internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS.
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
