Job Summary

The HR Admin will handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings on Indeed and other portals, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Support payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate internal HR communications and assist employees with HR-related queries.
Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
Ensure all HR processes adhere to labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in HR administration or HR support roles.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices.
Familiarity with Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude.
