Job Summary

The HR and Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings on Indeed, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Handle HR administration tasks such as filing, HR reporting, and employee queries.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.
Experience using payroll software, HR systems, and recruitment platforms like Indeed.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and payroll/HR software.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
