Job Summary

The Admin Officer will manage administrative tasks, support HR and office operations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach to internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee attendance tracking.
Coordinate meetings, office schedules, and internal communications.
Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
