We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is locally available in Bahrain and ready to start immediately. This role involves content creation, engagement, analytics, campaign support, and strategic development of social media initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

đź“ť Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
Monitor community interactions (comments, messages) and respond appropriately.
Track and report on social media performance and analytics.
Coordinate with marketing/design teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
đź“Ś Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiner available in Bahrain.
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with social advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
Strong organizational skills and creative mindset.
