Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is locally available in Bahrain and ready to start immediately. You will handle digital advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Manage and grow social media accounts.
Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creative assets.
Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic graphic and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
