Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to manage and support HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and possess a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance in all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, and employee administration.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings on Indeed, resume screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
Ensure HR policies, employment contracts, and documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law and internal regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including HRIS/ATS systems.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labor regulations, and employee relations issues.
Assist in performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Support HR projects, initiatives, and employer branding activities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, work permits, and visa regulations.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing recruitment processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR reporting.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
