Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and local hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Post job ads and manage applications through platforms like Indeed
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Handle offer preparation, salary negotiations, and onboarding documentation
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
Available to join immediately
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agency or in-house recruitment
Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
