Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
Support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
Available to join immediately
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or administration
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic cybersecurity practices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with virtualization or cloud platforms is a plus
