Core Responsibilities
• Account Management: Handling accounts for Five Gates clients, managing VAT, and conducting yearly audits.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general
ledger.
• Transaction Processing: Recording financial activities including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits.
• Reconciliation: Ensuring accuracy by reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting & Tax: Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities and preparing tax forms including sales tax and Corporate taxes.
• Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assisting with closing processes, including adjusting journal entries and reconciliations.

Client & Project-Based Duties
• Consultation & Support: Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolving discrepancies.
• Technical Implementation: Implementing and providing support for ERP systems for clients.
• Client Training: Performing setup and training on accounting systems for company clients.
• Special Projects: Handling stock counts and preparing accounting expert reports.
• Client Relations: Attending meetings with current and potential clients and performing business development to bring in new clients.
