We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician cum Plumber to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and handling multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing works for buildings and villas
Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works
Handle AC servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Good technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and AC systems

(Driving license is must)

Working Hours & Benefits:

8 hours duty per day
Friday holiday
Salary: 300 BHD + transportation
