We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Boat Captain (Offshore) to support marine and infrastructure projects in Bahrain.

Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and navigate offshore vessels safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with maritime laws and safety regulations
Supervise crew and coordinate daily marine operations
Conduct routine vessel inspections and basic maintenance
Maintain logs, reports, and communication with project teams

Requirements:

8–10 years of proven experience as a Boat Captain (offshore/marine projects preferred)
Valid captain’s license / maritime certification
Strong knowledge of marine navigation, safety, and regulations
Ability to manage crew and work in offshore conditions
Good communication and leadership skills
