We are a leading construction company seeking experienced Boat Crew members to support marine and offshore projects in Bahrain.

Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily vessel operations and offshore activities
Support the captain in navigation, docking, and safety procedures
Handle mooring, anchoring, and cargo/equipment on board
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the vessel
Follow all marine safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in marine/offshore vessel operations
Basic maritime certification (STCW preferred)
Good understanding of safety procedures at sea
Physically fit and able to work in offshore conditions
Team player with good communication skills
