A leading construction company in Bahrain is seeking Barge Supervisors (Trainee/Entry-Level) to support marine and offshore operations. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising barge operations and offshore activities under guidance
Support senior supervisors in coordinating crew and daily tasks
Learn to monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
Maintain reports and logs as directed

Requirements:

No prior experience required (training provided)
Willingness to learn barge operations and offshore supervision
Physically fit and able to work in marine/offshore environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, disciplined, and proactive
