Leading Restaurant in Bahrain is looking for Bartender


200 negotiable depending upon experience
Duty hours - 8hrs
Transport and accommodation by the company and all other benefit as per Bahrain law

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Drink Preparation: Mixing cocktails, pouring beer/wine, and serving beverages, often while creating a personalized customer experience.
Customer Service: Greeting patrons, making drink recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming,, high-energy atmosphere.
Safety & Compliance: Verifying IDs, complying with all health and safety regulations, and monitoring patron intoxication levels to prevent overconsumption.
Bar Maintenance: Cleaning, sanitizing bar equipment, washing glassware, and restocking ice, garnishes, and inventory.
Cash Handling & POS: Taking orders, managing tabs, and processing payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Inventory Management: Tracking inventory, using techniques like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) to minimize waste, and restocking bottles and kegs
