Job Opening – Senior Application Support Engineer
Location - Bahrain

???? Experience: 4–7 Years
???? Salary: 300 – 600 BHD per month

Key Skills:
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported by end-users.
• Hardware and Software Support
• ⁠Banking Application support
• Windows, Linux & Mac OS
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
• Incident & Problem Management, •. •. • System Integration Testing (SIT)
• ⁠User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Self-Service Kiosk Systems
• SQL & Database knowledge
• Remote/Desktop support tools
• ⁠Banking experience is a plus
• ⁠Good command of English
• ⁠Preferred immediate joining
• ⁠Testing ( Quality Assurance)
• ⁠knowledge on dotNot

???? Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related field
???? Certifications like Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux are an added advantage.
