Leading Hotel in Bahrain is looking for Kitchen Steward

: Salary BD.150 - 190 Negotiable depends on your experience and skills
: Age below 30 Years
: 8hrs duty no overtime
: Transport and accommodation by the company and all other benefit as per Bahrain law
: All nationality preferred .

Core Responsibilities & Duties
Dishwashing and Sanitation: Operating industrial dishwashers, washing cookware and utensils by hand, and ensuring all items are sanitized and stored properly.
Kitchen Sanitation: Cleaning and mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, washing walls, and deep cleaning kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, collecting kitchen waste, cleaning garbage cans, and segregating recyclables.
Stock Maintenance: Receiving and storing food deliveries and organizing storage areas.
Chemical Management: Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and using chemicals safely according to SDS guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to food safety and health regulations, including using personal protective equipment and reporting hazards.
