Description

A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ a reliable and hardworking Helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled workers and support daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

? Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and operators on-site.

? Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.

? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.

? Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

? Support in basic construction activities as required.

? Handle and transport materials within the site safely.

? Ensure proper storage of tools and materials after use.

? Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).

? Assist in site preparation and cleanup before and after work activities.

? Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

? Previous experience as a helper or laborer in construction is an advantage.

? Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.

? Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

? Basic understanding of construction site practices and safety procedures.

? Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

? Good teamwork and communication skills.

? Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced and outdoor environment.
