Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive Admin & IT Support Executive to manage daily administrative tasks and provide first-line IT support. The ideal candidate combines strong office administration skills with hands-on IT troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and timely technical assistance for staff and clients. The role also involves visiting client premises for cheque collections, addressing client issues on-site, and providing first-level support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage reception, incoming calls, mail, office supplies, and basic facilities coordination.
• Arrange travel, meetings, and office events; prepare meeting rooms.
• Maintain filing and records and provide basic HR onboarding.
• Provide first-line IT support: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common software issues.
• Set up and configure user devices and accounts; assist with password resets and access management.
• Maintain IT and office inventories, coordinate repairs, warranties, and vendor services.
• Visit client premises to collect cheques, resolve client concerns, and provide on-site first-level technical or administrative support.
• Escalate complex IT issues or client escalations to senior staff or external vendors and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation, user guides, and logs for IT tickets, asset movement, and client visits.
• Ensure professional representation of the company during client interactions and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in administration and/or IT support preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, basic networking, and printers.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices (iOS/Android) and common business applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle cash/cheque collections responsibly and follow company cash-handling procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as and when required.
• Flexibility to work occasional after-hours for urgent issues or events.
