Responsibilities:

Perform joint closure splicing & installation (8F to 144F).
Handle termination works with patch panels and termination boxes (8F to 144F).
Conduct OTDR testing and prepare detailed reports.

Execute fiber pushing from joint-to-joint locations.

Install and fix trunking/conduits for fiber routing.
Apply knowledge in FTTR (Fiber-to-the-Room) works.
Manage outage/migration activities, including changeovers for 144F joints.

Demonstrated FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) project experience.


Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.

Hands-on expertise in OTDR testing, fiber splicing, FTTH projects.
