About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full‑cycle recruitment, excellent understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to attract, interview, and hire top talent across multiple functions. This is an immediate joiner role.a

Key Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
Source candidates using various methods — online databases, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and follow through to acceptance.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and internal HR policies throughout recruitment processes.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the HR Manager.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
Experience with job boards (including Indeed) and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Immediate availability to join (required).
Preferred Skills

Experience recruiting across multiple industries.
Strong understanding of market salary benchmarking.
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
