Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical works, with the ability to perform maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work in plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and clearing blockages.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as furniture repair, door/window adjustments, and basic woodwork installations.
• Execute painting jobs, including surface preparation, finishing, and touch-ups.
• Conduct basic electrical work such as replacing switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and troubleshooting minor faults.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect buildings and identify issues requiring repair or preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep records of maintenance work performed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical maintenance.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.

Preferred Skills:
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
