Description

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our upholstery workshop. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring workers remain productive, and making sure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The supervisor will monitor workloads, track progress on job orders, and ensure the team is using their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise workshop workers and ensure they remain focused and productive.

Monitor daily workloads and assign tasks to maintain efficient workflow.

Track progress on job orders and ensure deadlines are met.

Identify delays, idle time, or inefficiencies and address them promptly.

Ensure workers follow workshop procedures and maintain discipline.

Report production progress and any issues to management.

Maintain an organized and orderly workshop environment.

Skills:

Previous experience supervising workers, teams, or workshop staff.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to monitor productivity and manage workflow.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to maintain discipline and ensure work is completed on time.

Preferred: Can speak Tagalog.

Gender: Male.

Based in Bahrain.
