Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled Grill Chef to join our central kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a high-volume central kitchen environment, preparing grilled items efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:
*Prepare and cook grilled food items according to recipes and quality standards.
*Handle large batch cooking for multiple orders.
*Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
*Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
*Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements:
*Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Grill Chef.
*Experience working in a central kitchen or high-volume food production environment.
*Ability to prepare food for multiple batches efficiently.
*Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
