Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience managing workers at construction sites.

Responsibilities:
*Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
*Manage workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently.
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
*Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
*Check materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
*Ensure construction work follows approved plans and specifications.

Requirements:
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision.
*Experience handling site workers and construction operations.
*Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Ability to manage work schedules and deadlines.
